golden anti inflammatory dressing

Yields

about 500 ml

Ingredients

  • 8 cm of fresh tumeric (roughly peeled)
  • 6 cm of fresh ginger (roughly peeled)
  • 4 table spoon miso (I used white rice miso)
  • zest and juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 table spoons tamari
  • 1/3 chili (optional)
  • 2 dl water
  • 4 medjool dates
  • 2 tea spoons dijion mustard
  • 1tea spoon herbal salt
  • 1 dl olive oil

Directions

mix all together a part from the olive oil.

when everything is smooth add the olive oil and pulse for few seconds.
