mixed nuts or just one type, you choose your flavour, it's easy,cheap,quick and so empowering!


1 liter


1 cup nuts (or seeds or mixed)

3 cups water (filtered if possible)

2 dates

1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder


  • mix all the ingredients in the blender at high speed for about one minute
  • strain through a nut bag or make your own with a clean light-airy cloth/fabric (you might get an idea here :
  • store the milk in glass bottle in the fridge for 4 days max
  • keep the pulp and add it into other sweet recipes (like pancakes, raw desserts, cookies, muffins, etc) or dry it in the oven at 50°C ventilate for about an hour, or until completely dry. store it in a glass jar and use it as a topping for yogurts or others similars.


if making cashewnuts milk you might like the creamy,grainy consistency without straining.

you can add some other spices at the milk like cinnamon and cardamom.
