no added unhealthy stuffs!
it is incredibly simple to make and so delicious to add when you cook grains,soups or stews or just in warm water.
1 or 2 hours for drying it (I know it seems a long time, but you do it just once and then you use it for a long time!)
1 medium jar
2 red onions
3 stalks celery
10 chard leaves (mangold) or any other leafy green
2 garlic cloves
15 small tomatoes (cherry like)
2 tablespoon tumeric powder
1 tablespoon salt (optional)
3 tablespoons nutitional yeast (optional)
2 or 3 tablespoons crushed dulse seaweeds
make this on your own adding and replacing with your favourite veggies, seaweeds, herbs or spices.
