10 min + 15min (for the dough to rest)
vegan, flourless (can be gluten free100%), sugar free
1/2 minutes each side for each pancake (depending how large you make it)
15/20 pcs small pancakes
2 cups oats (use gluten free ones if needed)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups coconut milk (can be replaced for other plant milks, but with this is more fatty,tasty and great for children's breakfast)
1 ripe banana
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon coconut oil (for the pan)
maple syrup, fresh fruits (to serve)
We love them just with maple syrup or with our berries home made chia jam or our home made carrob spread and fresh fruits on top !
