3 big jars
500 grams rolled oats (choose gluten free if needed)
250 grams whole buckwheat
1 cup flax seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup almonds (roughly chopped)
1/2 cup hazelnuts (roughly chopped)
100 grams roughly chopped dark chocolate 70% (optional)
12 tablespoons coconut oil
6 tablespoons maple syrup
4 teaspoons cardamom
2 teaspoons cinnamon
pinch of salt
you can replace almonds and hazelnuts with other nuts, add other spices or dry fruits at your own taste.
we really like to add at the end frozen dried raspberries.
the whole house will smell roasted and spicy.. yummi!
