An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you. 
I put the power back into YOUR hands.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at the way all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.

Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.

I include yoga and meditation as parts of the program´s tools, if that is something you are interested in.

Prices & Options:





  • First consultation is for free.





  • 6 months program (1:1) 1450 kr per month, including: two meetings of 50 minutes each every month, full support via e-mail or phone in the period between our meetings, recipes, handouts + possibilities of : supermarket tour, pantry makeover, demo/workshop on cooking skills design for what you need, 1 yoga class per month with a sequence designed for you, introduction to integrate mindfulness practices.






  • 6 months program for groups (min. 4 max. 8 people with similar health goals/concerns) 950 kr per month, including: two meetings of 60 minutes each every month, full support via e mail with the group and privately during the period between our meetings, recipes, handouts + possibilities of supermarket tour, pantry makeover, demo/workshop of cooking skills designed for the group needs, 1 yoga class per month designed for the group, introduction to integrate mindfulness practices.






  • 6 months program for families 900 kr per month, including: two meetings of 50 minutes each every month (the whole family is invited to join the meeting if that is suitable for the parents), full support via e mail or phone during the period between our meetings, recipes, handouts + possibilities of supermarket tour, pantry makeover, demo/workshop of cooking skills and strategies especially designed for the family: time and money saving + fun in the kitchen as a family activity. One family yoga class is also included every two months, and an introduction to mindfulness practices for the family life.
